My last PM company didn’t even post my rental property online at the end of my previous tenants lease and was not transparent with me about what was going on. I gave Real Property Management a call and Chris quickly tracked down my keys from the last tenant, inspected the property, offered to have the grass cut, removed some furniture that was left behind, informed me that my water and electric was turned off, and also went back to set the thermostat where I wanted it. He did all of this in a week and had no problem driving around the city fixing the mess I was left with. To top it all off, he got 3 applicants the first day the home was listed and 5 worthy applicants by the weeks end with one scheduled to move in next week. He has been very communicative and has kept me in the loop with everything which has been the complete opposite of the last company I was using.
